Or any other term you think will bring you information about building a profitable email list. Go to each of the top 5-10 sites listed. You can even check out some of the paid ad sites too.

Scan their squeeze page, if the material sounds like it will be helpful then go ahead and opt-in, sign up for their free e-book or report. Don't pay for anything, don't buy their materials. (Never buy an e-book or report unless you know something about the quality of the material you're going to get.)

You should then be able to download the free e-book or free report. Read through the materials.

Take out a clean sheet of paper and make a list of the ideas you find most helpful. Those ideas you feel you can accomplish and will work for you. Do that for each e-book and report.
